About the Role
We are building cutting-edge software solutions for the Automotive industry, and the Solutions Architect is responsible for defining solutions for Summit Automotive’s current and future enterprise platform customers, addressing all business requirements. You will essentially contribute to the team by:
Reporting to the Lead EA this is a permanent and hands-on Solution Architect role, with key stakeholder management of the Development teams. Based out of our Warwick/Leamington office (fully remotely for now) it provides an opportunity to work across exciting software projects for some of the biggest multinational car manufacturers and dealer networks. The Automotive teams are based in Warwick and central London (Soho), with strategic partners throughout Europe.
About the Tech
Our technologies include, but are not limited to: SaaS and microservices based software design, Docker, React, PHP, Symfony, Magento, Composer, MySQL, Linux Bash Scripting, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm Charts, Git, VSTS Pipelines, Terraform, Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket), ElasticSearch, Kibana, RabbitMQ and more.
You will have a strong background in designing highly scaleable web and enterprise applications having worked as Solutions Architect previously, along with:
Ideally, the candidate will have in-depth knowledge of multiple stages in the typical customer lifecycle, across retail, automotive or other industries.
