  • Establish best in class client management and governance across a breadth of corporate, client and brand sponsors.
  • Implement processes and ways of working for efficiency and performance across the portfolio of brands.

  • Be the trusted escalation point for the client, maintaining strong relationships at a senior level and setting the cadence for client communications.
  • Own the financial performance of the client pod, through forecasting, reporting and managing overall client P&L.
  • Set narratives for key client presentations and engagement points, supported by Senior Account Manager.

Summiteers are asked to attend our office in the C4DI complex in Hull, Fruit Market 2 days per week, the rest of the week can be done from home. For the right candidate, we may also consider greater flexibility around office time.
